Van Hits Diesel in Traffic Accident

(Ste. Genevieve County, MO) A man from Greenwood, Mississippi, 30 year old Christopher Sutton, is suffering serious injuries after he was involved in a wreck with a diesel truck on Northbound Interstate 55 in Ste. Genevieve County Wednesday afternoon. Highway Patrol records indicate the accident took place at 2:40. A cargo van driven north by 51 year old Craig A. Ochterbeck, of Imperial, struck the rear of the diesel truck driven north by 35 year old Yocheved A. Solomon, of Marietta, Georgia. The van then ran off the highway and crashed into a rock bluff. Sutton was flown to Mercy Hospital at St. Louis. He was wearing his seatbelt when the wreck took place. No one else was injured.
