Washington County Pick Up Wreck

(Washington County, MO) A Potosi teen, 19 year old Brenden J. Brown, is recovering from moderate injuries after he was involved in a wreck with a pick up he was driving Saturday night just after 7 o'clock in Washington County. Highway Patrolmen say Brown was driving north on Highway U, north of Hopewell Road, when the truck ran off the right side of the road, crossed the centerline, ran off the left side of the road, crashed into a tree, and rolled over. Brown, and his passenger, 20 year old Hunter J. Griffin who received minor injuries, were taken to Washington County Memorial Hospital in Potosi. They were both wearing their seat belts when the wreck happened.
