Bismarck, Mo. (KFMO) - Authorities are searching for a St. Francois County woman, after she fled from Bismarck Police on Friday, June 7, 2024.

According to the Bismarck Police Department, at approximately 12:20 p.m., an officer with the department was dispatched to the 1100 block of West Main Street, in Bismarck, for a report of a subject at the residence with a felony arrest warrant.

When the officer arrived, one male and a female were outside the residence. The male was detained, and a female, 47-year-old Rhonda Michelle Conner, fled. The witness stated that Conner fled into the rear of the house.

The officer contacted the home's resident and tried to obtain consent to search the home for Conner. The resident refused, and a search warrant was obtained through the St. Francois County Courts. Conner is described as 5'3" and 157 lbs.

She is wanted for Assault - 1st Degree, with a bond of $500,000.00. Conner frequents the Bismarck and Bonne Terre areas.

Conner is to be considered armed and dangerous and is known to use drugs. Do not approach or try and detain her.

If you see Conner, immediately notify St. Francois County Central Dispatch at 573-431-3131 or Dial 911.
