Helen Lucille Kearns, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on August 30, 2024, at Southbrook Nursing Center at the age of 90. She was born in Esther, Missouri, on March 16, 1934, to Joseph W. and Lottie (Barton) Kearns.
Helen is survived by her children, David Barton, Deborah “Dee” (James) Weber, Carmelia “Candy” Tripp, and LaDonna Glore, nineteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren, her siblings, Alice Kearns, Mary Kearns, and Joseph Kearns, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Noel Barton, and her grandson, Joshua Tripp.
Helen worked for many years as a seamstress at an upholstery factory and enjoyed sewing throughout her life. She was a former member of East Bonne Terre Baptist Church. Helen loved music, dancing, the outdoors, boating, and swimming. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed.
