Kelly Hamelton was born on May 12, 1973, in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Daniel and Vicki (Dodson) Tibbs. Kelly was a very loving woman, a big animal lover, and enjoyed the holidays and spending time with family and friends. Kelly passed away on October 9, 2024, having reached the age of 51. In addition to her parents, Kelly was preceded in death by her son Morgan Hamelton.
