Cleveland, Oh. (KFMO) - The Kansas City Chiefs forced six turnovers en route to a 21-7 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
The Chiefs scored a touchdown in each of the first three quarters. In the 1st, quarterback Patrick Mahomes hit JuJu Smith-Schuster from 7 yards out. In the 2nd, Mahomes completed his second touchdown pass to Noah Gray from 6 yards. In the 3rd, Xavier Worthy took the football 21 yards into the endzone, making it 21-0 heading into the final quarter.
The Browns got a consolation touchdown in the 4th, Jerome Ford breaking free for a 62-yard touchdown run, but that was all the extremely stout Chiefs defense would allow. The Chiefs ran out the rest of the clock, winning 21-7.
The Chiefs are now 13-1 on the season, and are one of two 1-loss teams left in the NFL. They'll play the Houston Texans this Saturday.
