4 Vehicle Wreck St. Francois County

(St. Francois County, MO) 6 people from Florrisant are recovering from injuries after a 4 vehicle wreck that took place in St. Francois County Saturday morning at 10:25 in the northbound lanes of Highway 67, north of Highway K. Highway Patrol reports show all 4 vehicles were headed north as a pick up driven by 30 year old Clayton C. Henderson of Irondale, slowed to make a u turn in the emergency vehicle turn around. A car driven by 22 year old Emily K. Counts, of Bismarck, tried to avoid Henderson's truck and struck it in the rear. A pick up driven by 33 year old Ryan A. Soluade of Florissant moved to the right to avoid the crash and struck the rear of Counts' car. Another pick up, driven by 70 year old Norvel H. Dutton, of Desoto, also swerved to the right to avoid the accident and struck debris from the wreck. Henderson's truck came to rest in the median while Counts' car stopped blocking both lanes. Soluade's truck came to rest off the shoulder of the highway and Dutton's truck came to a controlled stop. Two juvenile's in Soluade's truck, a male infant and a male 6 year old, as well as a 7 year old female juvenile, all received minor injuries. Soluade also received minor injuries. Two women in Soluade's truck, 33 year old Sierra R. Soluade and 58 year old Tywanna Soluade, were both moderately injured. All the injured were taken to Mercy Hospital Jefferson. No one else was injured in the wreck. All the injured were wearing their safety devices when the crash took place.
