(St. Francois County, MO) If you're thinking about building a home it's always a good idea to make sure the land is safe from flooding first. St. Francois County Flood Plain Manager, Bob Turner, says flooding can not only effect the home you want to build, it can also cause problems with low water bridges and flooding of roadways.
