St. Francois County, Mo. (KFMO) - A local non-profit program, Angels Among Us, is working to make the holiday season brighter for children in the Parkland area. The program, started 21 years ago by a local family, buys Christmas gifts for children in need. This year, Angels Among Us is purchasing gifts for 82 children. Charlie Berry, a representative of the organization, says their mission is to fulfill the children’s Christmas wishes, focusing on the items the kids truly want.
To support their efforts, Angels Among Us is asking for help from the community in the form of monetary donations. Those who wish to contribute can contact Charlie Berry directly at 573-430-4500.
