Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Authorities have identified the female victim in Sunday’s officer-involved shooting and homicide investigation in Jefferson County. 45-year-old Clara B. Blaxton, of northeast Arkansas, was named as the deceased. Investigators believe Blaxton was in a relationship with the suspect in the case.
