ARPA Funding Featured at Chamber Meeting

(Park Hills, MO) Park Hills Leadington Chamber of Commerce members are looking over the application process for community revitalization funds from the American Rescue Plan Act after the group's monthly luncheon was held Tuesday. The Featured Speaker for the meeting, a representative of the Missouri Department of Economic Development, Sandra Cabot, explained the funding is available as a matching grant for several types of projects.

In other business at the meeting Resources for veterans at the Missouri Jobs Center were highlighted by the organization's Daniel Alfaro and Stephanie Bennett of the SEMO Family Violence Council spoke on the needs of the center and it's efforts to fight domestic violence in the Parkland.
