Baseball Seams to Heal at Chamber Meeting

(Desloge, MO) The City Administrator of Desloge, Dan Bryan is offering to play a game of catch with people to help remember and honor his son Ethan, who died in a car accident in September of 2020. Bryan was the featured speaker at Tuesday's Desloge Chamber of Commerce meeting. He told the crowd his son was an avid baseball player and a book by an author with the same name, Ethan Bryan, called "A Year of Playing Catch", set the course for what would become a story that's being told across the nation.

Bryan explained he plays catch to not only help deal with the loss of his son but also help others talk about their problems. Bryan has been approached by many media outlets to tell his story including NBC, ESPN, the MLB Network, People Magazine, the St. Louis Cardinals, and many local and regional news and sports organizations, including KFMO News and KFMO Sports.
