Be Prepared for Winter Roads

(St. Francois County, MO) It's always a good idea to be prepared for winter weather when you have to drive whether the weather's good or not. Missouri Highway Patrol Corporal, Dallas Thompson, says even when the weather starts to get better after a winter storm, there may not be snow or ice on the roads, but it can hide on bridges and overpasses.
