Bear Continues to Move Northward

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The bear that has made headlines across the Parkland, the last several days, is continuing its treck northward, after making stops in Farmington, Park Hills and Desloge.

Missouri Conservation Agent, Austin Davis, says that the bear has moved more toward its natural habitat.

Davis says that when something like this happens it is important for spectators to give the bear plenty of distance.

He says that bear sightings have been on the increase across the southern portion of the state.
