Blackwell Resident Dies in Wreck

(Jefferson County, MO) A man from Blackwell, 68 year old James W. Pashea, is dead after losing his life in a traffic accident Thursday morning in Jefferson County. Highway Patrol reports indicate Pashea was driving north on Highway 21, north of Lembeck Lake Road, when his SUV ran crossed over the centerline and ran off the left side of the highway. The SUV crashed into a rock bluff and rolled over. Pashea was not wearing a seat belt when the wreck occurred. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
