Bonne Terre Water Bills Sometimes Arriving Late

Bonne Terre, Mo. (KFMO) - Water bills for Bonne Terre citizens have been arriving late. The City Administrator of Bonne Terre, Shawn Kay, says citizens were receiving their bills from the Post Office after the due date.

According to Kay, the city allows for this possibility and no late fees are charged. Kay explains the city does utilize a door hanger program that acts as a reminder if a water bill is late.
