Breastfeeding Benefits Mothers And Infants

(St. Francois County, MO) August is National Breastfeeding Month and Health Officials with the St. Francois County Health Center provide tips and information on benefits of breastfeeding. A Breastfeeding Peer Counselor with the Health Center's WIC office, Courtney Roth, says breastfeeding can improve the health of mothers as well as infants.
