Business Development Center at Chamber Office

(Farmington, MO) The Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce Office is now designated as a Small Business Development Center. The announcement was made at Thursday's chamber lucnheon. The Executive Director of the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce, Candy Hente, told the group this will allow plenty of extra help for small business owners in the Parkland.

According to Hente they're hiring a full time Business Councilor for the office and you can find out more about applying for the position at the chamber's website. Chamber members were also intorduced to three additonal organizations aimed at helping small business and over $900 was raised for the Help the Hungry Bake Sale as three cakes were auctioned off at the meeting.
