Chamber Members and Employee Retainment

(Leadington, MO) Members of the Park Hills Leadington Chamber of Commerce will be looking into tips about innovation and creativity when working with employee retention after their monthly luncheon was held Tuesday. The featured speaker for the event was Stacy Spradling who told the crowd it's always best if supervisors can create a culture of trust with their employees.

Spradling also explained you can gain employee trust by being a step ahead of events and also encourage employees to solve problems creatively on their own.
