City of Desloge Partners with MRC Restoration to Upgrade City Pound

Desloge, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Desloge has partnered with MRC Restoration in Bonne Terre to construct a new room at the City Pound, providing separation between the pound's dogs and cats.

Desloge City Administrator Stephanie Daffron says the idea came together quickly. 

Daffron credits the Desloge community, particularly Olivia Schwartz, as well as the Desloge Chamber of Commerce for making the project possible.

The new addition addresses what had been a vital need for the pound, minimizing stress for the animals, providing a better working environment for the pound's staff.
