College Officials Await Budget Funding

(Park Hills, MO) Officials at Mineral Area College are waiting to see if millions of dollars in approved funding will make it through the state of Missouri's budget process intact. The President of Mineral Area College, Dr. Joe Gilgour, says the Governor says the college will get a total of $10 million to help support the school's new training facility plus additional funding for other programs.

The funds were discussed with MAC Board members as a part of the college's Thursday board meeting.
