County Ambulance Crews Assist Hurricane Victims

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - St. Francois County Ambulance crews are assisting victims of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

The Clinical Operations Officer for the district, David Miller, says they've had a four person crew in Florida for a couple of weeks and they'e been replaced with a fresh crew from his district.

According to Miller, the ambulance district response crews from St. Francois County are contracted through the American Medical Response Group who runs disaster relief repsonse requested by the federal government.
