Daylight Savings Time Ends

(St. Francois County, MO.) This Sunday is the time to set your clocks back 1 hour  as Daylight savings time will be ending. Big River Bonne Terre Fire department Chief, David Pratte, says it's a great time to remember to check your smoke and CO detectors in your home. He also says although most people realize the importance of having a working smoke detector in the home, a CO, or carbon monoxide detector, is also a must.

Pratte explains another important maintenance procedure this time of year is to have your flu inspected. Pratte says the integrity of a flu must meet specifications in order to be safe.

Daylights Savings Time will end at 2 a.m. Sunday so it's recommended you set your clocks back 1 hour before going to bed Saturday night.
