Demolition for Bonneville Plaza

(Bonne Terre, MO) Demolition work is the next step in the renovation of the old Bonneville Plaza at Bonne Terre. One of the site developers, Scott Hubbard, says they began demolition of one of the buildings last week.

According to Hubbard they'll also have to address the movement of a major water main in the Plaza. There's also local interest in locating at the site. It's reported a 2nd Rae Cole's Coffee, from Park Hills, will be adding another location to the Bonne Terre site.
