Desloge Changes Pool Fees and More

(Desloge, MO) Those who use the Desloge pool this year will be paying twice what they paid last year. The rate was raised from $1 to $2 for admission at this week's Desloge Board of Aldermen meeting. City Administrator, Dan Bryan, says they had to raise the cost since those prices hadn't been changed since 1994.

According to Bryan the fee for rental of the pool for a party is now $60. In other business aldermen were paid a visit by some of the residents of the Rice and Adams Road area who are concerned over a subdivision development that would open up Rice Road making it a through street. Mayor David Shaw said they would look into the issue to see how things are being handled.
