Desloge Man Faces Charges

(Desloge, MO) A man from Desloge, 46 year old Benjamin D. Lawson, is facing charges of one count of second degree child molestation involving a child less than 12 years of age. one count of first degree statutory sodomy deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 12 years of age, and one count of sexual misconduct involving a child under 15 years of age. It's alleged Lawson had sexual relations with a female juvenile last year. He was taken into custody and booked into the St. Francois County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
