Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - A 92-year-old Farmington man reported missing on Saturday night has been found safe. Kenneth Norman Raggo, who was last seen at his Hazel Street apartment on Friday, October 4, was located after a tip led authorities to a photograph captured on a game camera.
The image showed Raggo's truck, which he was reported to have been driving.
Farmington Police Captain Larry Lacey and Detective Dustin Smith found Raggo in a wooded area off Mark Twain Road in St. Francois County. Raggo was dehydrated and was taken to Parkland Health Center by St. Francois County Ambulance for treatment.
