Farmington Man Charged with Sodomy

(Farmington, MO) A Farmington man, 35 year old Craig Alan LaChance Junior, is charged with one count of statutory sodomy after he is alleged to have been involved in a sexual assault involving a 16 year old male. Reports indicate the teen told investigator's LaChance assaulted him between May and October of 2020. LaChance was booked into the St. Francois County Jail on a $500,000 bond. LaChance is a registered sex offender in Missouri. He pled guilty in 2017 to initiating sexual contact with a student when he was a teacher in the Fort Zumwalt East High School.
