Festival of Trees is Successful Fundraiser

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The Festival of Trees fundraiser for the CASA of the Parkland group is being called a success after raising a record amount of $33, 285.

Executive Director of CASA, JoAnna Watts, says they couldn't have raised that much money if it hadn't been for the community pitching in.

Watts adds the festival of trees provides already decorated Christmas trees through an auction process as a fundraiser for CASA of the Parkland. The event also included a ginger bread house contest as well as hobby train and lego displays.
