Festus Man Charged with Child Pornography

(Festus, MO) A man from Festus 60 year old Timothy Ray White, is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of first degree promoting child pornography after he is alleged to have had video depicting illegal content involving a female of about 12 years of age stored in a Google photo account. White was arrested and taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail where he was booked without bond. Drugs were allegedly found on White during a search when he was arrested. He has pled not guilty. A bond reduction hearing is scheduled.
