Fiat Overturns on Route B in St. Francois County, Injuring Driver

St. Francois County, Mo. (KFMO) - A single-vehicle crash on Route B north of Little Loughboro in St. Francois County sent a Farmington man to the hospital with moderate injuries Thursday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 4:45 p.m. when a 2012 Fiat 500, traveling southbound, veered off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned.

The driver, a 51-year-old male from Farmington, was wearing a safety device at the time of the accident. He sustained moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Parkland Hospital in Farmington. The Fiat 500 was totaled in the accident.
