Fredericktown Woman Injured in Crash

(Jefferson County, MO) A woman from Fredericktown, 72 year old Barbara E. Thomasson, and a woman from De Soto, 83 year old Lorene Money, are recovering from moderate injuries after they were injured during a two vehicle accident Sunday, just after noon, in Jefferson County. Highway Patrol reports show Thomasson was driving a pick up north on Highway 67, at Montauk Drive, when an SUV driven west on Montuak, began to cross Highway 67. Thomasson's pick up crashed into Money's SUV. Both Money and Thomasson were taken to Mercy Hospital Jefferson. They were both wearing their seat belts during the accident.
