Friday Pick Up Crash Madison County

(Madison County, MO) A man from Williamsville, 62 year old Maurice L. Hammond, is recovering from moderate injuries after he was injured during a crash involving the pick up he was driving in Madison County Friday at 5 pm. Highway Patrol Reports show Hammond was headed south on Highway 67, 5 miles south of Cherokee Pass. His pick up ran off the road, crashed into an embankment, and rolled over throwing him out. Hammond was flown to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis.
