HB 402 Signing at Parkland Facility

(Bonne Terre, MO) The future is set to see greater access to health care in rural Missouri after ceremonial signing of House Bill 402 Wednesday at the Parkland Health Center Bonne Terre location. Missouri Governor Mike Parson was there and spoke to the crowd saying making health care available to everyone in the state has been a priority of his administration in an increasingly difficult environment.

The new law features provisions including rural emergency hospitals now included in the state statute definitions and the bill helps the work of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.
