Homeless Man Facing Vandalism Charges

(Farmington, MO) An area man, 37 year old George Morgan, will be in St. Francois County court next Tuesday, September 15th, on felony charges of second degree burglary and first degree property damage after allegedly vandalizing the Farmington Drug Court facility. Reports indicate Morgan, who is not a member of the court program, stayed inside the building until everyone had left. He is said to have then ransacked the women's restroom leaving some clothing in a meeting room. He was identified through surveillance footage. Morgan, who has had many brushes with the law according to the legal website CASEnet, was taken into custody and booked into the St. Francois County jail.
