House Members Get Congressional Maps

(Jefferson City, MO) Missouri Congressional District maps are going to members of the Missouri House after a compromise plan was worked out amongst Senators in relation to the maps boundaries. The State Representative of the 117th District, Mike Henderson, says if the map is approved St. Francois County, along with Parts of Iron and Washington Counties, would be a part of a district near the west St. Louis County area.

Representatives have only a few days to decide if they'll accept the proposal. Candidate filing for Congressional seats begins Tuesday.
