Human Remains Found in Washington County

(Washington County, MO) An investigation into the discovery of human remains is underway in northern Washington County. A press release from Sheriff Zach Jacobsen indicates the Sheriff's office was contacted last Saturday, March 5th, after a citizen discovered a body on private property in Washington County. The person's identity and cause and time of death are unknown. The Washington County Sheriff's office  and the Washington County Coroner are leading the inquiry.
