Iron County C-4 School District Closes Due to Illness

Viburnum, Mo. (KFMO) - The Iron County C-4 School District will be closed on Thursday, February 6, and Friday, February 7, due to a high percentage of illness among staff and students. The district has announced that these days will be counted as Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) days, allowing students to continue their coursework from home.

According to school officials, additional information regarding AMI has been sent home with students. Parents and guardians with questions are encouraged to contact their child's building office for further details.

Classes are expected to resume as normal on Monday, February 10.
