Jefferson County Traffic Switch to Begin Monday Night

Festus, Mo. (KFMO) - Motorists traveling on U.S. Route 67 in Jefferson County should be aware of the upcoming traffic switch starting Monday, July 29, 2024.

Starting Monday night, crews will shift traffic heading southbound on US. Route 67 onto a section of the newly constructed roundabout at the I-55/ U.S. 67 interchange. The roundabout will only be open for traffic heading south on U.S. Route 67. This traffic shift is the next step of the process to complete the entire roundabout.

Upon completion, the roundabout will also be open to traffic between I-55 and U.S. Route 67.
