Jury Pay Increase in St. Francois County

(Farmington, MO) Those who serve jury duty in St. Francois County will be paid $20 an hour beginning January 1st, of 2023, after the proposal was approved at Tuesday's St. Francois County Commission meeting. The Presiding Commissioner of St. Francois County, Harold Gallaher, says this was recommended by the county's Circuit Clerk, Vickie Weible.

In other business St. Francois County Commissioners approved a 5 year contract with Axom Enterprises for Tasers for the county Sheriff's Department.
