LIFE Center Officials to Lobby Legislators

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The advocacy group for the LIFE Center of Farmington is getting set to lobby legislators on behalf of senior citizens.

Marketing Director for the center, Randy Windsor, says the group is on the process of scheduling an advocacy day with legislators to talk about the state budget.

According to Winsor, the state audits the LIFE center frequently keeping an eye on their finances. Windsor says they lobby legislators each year for more attention on keeping the elderly and disabled living independently as long as possible.
