Local Backstoppers Give Check to Group

(Bonne Terre, MO) Officials with the St. Louis Backstoppers organization are thankful for a $23,000 donation from the St. Francois County Chapter of the group. The President of the St. Francois County Backstoppers, Sarah Sundhausen, says she wants to thank the community because that's where the money came from.

Sundhausen adds she also wants to thank two local business for their efforts in helping collect the money.

The check was presented to representatives from the St. Louis Backstoppers Wednesday morning at the Big River Bonne Terre firehouse.
