(Park Hills, MO) Administrators at Mineral Area College were informed of a grant application MAC has applied for with a popular rock band at the Board of Directors meeting earlier in June. The President of MAC, Dr. Joe Gilgour, says the American Association of Community Colleges have partnered with the band Metallica.
Gilgour adds they applied for a $100,000 grant.
East Central College in Union, Missouri received the grant last year.
