Man Charged Over Sexual Allegations

(Valles Mines, MO) A man from Valles Mines, 63 year old Richard Warren, will be in St. Francois County Circuit Court September 6th for a preliminary on 7 counts of statutory sodomy or attempted deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old, 2 counts of sexual misconduct involving a child less than 15 years old, and one count of first degree statutory rape or attempted rape. Warren is alleged to have had sexual contact with two teen female juveniles. It's alleged some instances occurred between January of 2017 and March of 2021. Warren was arrested and taken to the St. Francois County jail. He was booked on a $100,000 bond.
