Man Dies in Park Hills Crash

(Park Hills, MO) Some information is available on a fatal traffic accident that took place Sunday afternoon in Park Hills. Police Chief, Richard McFarland, says a 60 year old man from Park Hills died when he was riding a scooter east on East Main when it struck the side of a pickup driven by a 35 year old man from Leadwood. The impact of the crash threw the victim off the scooter and underneath the truck causing fatal injuries. Authorities contacted the St. Francois County Coroner who pronounced the Park Hills man dead at the scene. Stay tuned to KFMO B104 News for additional details when available.
