Marijuana Public Use Measure Approved

(Farmington, MO) If you smoke marijuana in Farmington there are now a few additional regulations after City Council members approved an ordinance prohibiting the smoking, or consumption, of marijuana in public spaces in the town. City Administrator, Greg Beavers, says when the use of recreational marijuana was approved the state left cities the capability to enact certain local regulations on the drug.

The ordinance was approved at last week's Farmington City Council meeting.
