Mayor Tells Chamber of Improvements

(Bonne Terre, MO) Bonne Terre Chamber of Commerce members are looking to the future of the town after Wednesday's monthly business luncheon. The featured speaker for the event was Bonne Terre Mayor, Erik Schonhardt who told the crowd city officials have been able to bring in about $1 million dollars in grant funding for improvements to the city.

The Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council was the featured business. The Council's Tracy Carroll spoke to the crowd on domestic violence and how new laws are helping them bring awareness information on the issue to grade schools in the Parkland.
