Measure Adds Referees to Special Victims

(Jefferson City, MO) A measure being presented to Missouri Legislators would expand the definition of special victims to include sports officials. The State Representative of the 144th District, Chris Dinkins, says she was approached by a group of concerned referees.

According to Dinkins schools are reporting it's getting hard to find referees because of the threat of violence.
