Missing Elderly Woman Found Safe After Endangered SILVER Advisory

Wayne Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Wayne County Sheriff's Department has cancelled an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing elderly woman, Bonnie Jean Lock, after she was located and confirmed safe.

The advisory was initially issued following a missing adult incident that occurred in Silva, at 10 a.m. on Sunday, September 8, 2024. 77-year-old Lock, was reported missing by her husband.

Lock, who suffers from dementia, was last seen in Crystal City, in Jefferson County, traveling southbound on Truman Boulevard from McNutt at 5:55 p.m. on the same day.
