New Year's Day St. Francois County Crash

(St. Francois County, MO) A woman from Plaquemine, Louisiana, 38 year old Courtney P. Lewis, is suffering serious injuries. She was hurt in a one vehicle wreck Sunday in St. Francois County. Reports from the Highway Patrol show Lewis was driving east at 7:35 am on Highway 32, at Copeland Road, when her pick up ran off the right side of the road, struck an embankment, and rolled over. Lewis was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis. She was wearing her seat belt when the wreck occurred.
